Well, one nice thing is that unlike here - you can actually buy warm clothing in Russia. I suppose they figure that in the US people are mostly in the building or in the car....so if you actually end up having to be outside in your dress coat, you might as well count on being miserable. Except, I happily bought a coat in Russia and now I am actually WARM here on a cold day. I hope you are not struggling along in American outer wear!
ReplyDeleteYes I know what you mean. It used to get really cold in NC when I was young with too much snow. Now it bearly gets to the teens F and just a dusting of snow if that. I love NC for that.
